An official from Teuk Thla commune in Phnom Penh’s Sen Sok district was accused of raping a woman on Tuesday, district police Chief Mok Hong said. “The suspect is accused of raping, extorting and assaulting the victim. He fought with the woman at the Teuk Thla commune office when she came to file a complaint against him,” he said, adding that police have begun investigating the case.
