Boat crews practise on the Tonle Sap in Phnom Penh yesterday ahead of this weekend’s Water Festival, or Bon Om Tok. Racing teams from across the country as well as families, friends and revellers will celebrate the river’s changing current in a big national party. City officials expect 4 million visitors in the capital for the festival.
