East Timor President Jose Ramos-Horta will arrive in Cambodia today for a three-day visit during which he will hold bilateral talks with Prime Minister Hun Sen and speak at several universities as part of the International Peace Foundation’s “Bridges” programme, which is intended to foster dialogue between Nobel Prize winners and students.
