The European Commission has announced approximately Euro7.7 million (around US$11.3 million) in grants to support decentralisation and judicial reform programmes. “This is not the first time we’ve worked with the Cambodian government on these sectors,” said Rafael Dochao Moreno, charge d’affaires of the EC delegation, at a press conference Wednesday. The agreement was signed on Tuesday by Moreno and Foreign Minister Hor Namhong.
