A German national is being held in Kampong Som prison on suspicion of rape. The 33-year-old

man allegedly raped a 14-year-old schoolgirl in Kampong Som on June 9. Police Chief

Daun Saroun said he was arrested on June 10 and will remain in prison while the investigation
