A kite vendor at Phnom Penh's Olympic stadium reported brisk trade last week. As the rainy season draws to a close, the winds are picking up and the capital's skies will soon be filled with multi-coloured dragons and birds.  Flying a kite in the early evening is a popular pursuit across the capital and the Olympic Stadium is one of the best spots to take flight.
