Cambodia endorsed the Anti-Corruption Action Plan for Asia-Pacific at a March 5 meeting
in Jakarta. Eighteen other nations have signed the initiative, which is promoted
by the Asian Development Bank and the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development.
The document is not legally binding. An ADB spokesperson said the objective was to
help countries that are keen to build a foundation of effective measures for a "sustained
fight against corruption".
