Marion Bihler, a consultant for GIZ, speaks yesterday at a conference held in Phnom Penh about data collection and monitoring of violence against women in Cambodia.
Prime Minister Hun Sen is to preside over a signing ceremony this week in which the Japanese government will extend a grant of approximately US$94 million to fund development projects and reduce poverty in Cambodia. The ceremony is to take place on March 15 and will include Foreign Minister Hor Namhong and Japanese Ambassador Kuroki Msafumi.
