A “powerful” tycoon was sued by his security guard for allegedly hitting his head, a local police officer said on Tuesday.

Kakab I commune police chief Pal Yutha said Prom Saret, 43, filed a lawsuit against Oknha Long Hour for “intentional assault”.

The guard claimed he was beaten on the head three times with a broom during an accident that happened on Monday evening, resulting in him having five stitches and experiencing physical suffering.

Yutha said that based on Saret’s report, Long Huor had sent his representatives to ask the plaintiff to withdraw the complaint while promising to hand out $700 as a settlement.

The plaintiff did not agree and insisted on following the legal procedure.
