Inter-ministerial task force created for Cambodia Open

An organizational task force chaired by Minister of Tourism Thong Khon has been created

to ensure that the Johnnie Walker Cambodia Open 2007 runs smoothly. A press release

details the various functions of the task force, which include organizing welcome

ceremonies and arranging travel for the golfers, facilitating "customs formalities",

overseeing construction of National Road No. 6 (Siem Reap - Poi Pet), arranging security

and of course, publicizing the event and obtaining donations.
