A 24-year-old man was arrested by military police yesterday for allegedly wearing a fake Royal Cambodian Armed Forces military uniform while possessing a weapon in Kandal province. Kandal provincial police chief Iv Chamroeun said Hong Rotha, 24, was arrested yesterday at about 3am in Kean Svay district’s Kampong Svay commune while he was driving a motorbike, wearing an RCAF uniform and holding a K-59 pistol. If found guilty, he could face at least two years in prison, Iv Chamroeun said.
