Two men died after being struck by lightning in Kampong Cham province’s Koh Soutin commune while speaking on their mobile phones during a rainy Monday evening. Commune chief Khiev Vutha said the victims were 61-year-old You Ai and a 47-year-old man from Kampong Ror district, Svay Rieng province.
