Prime Minister Hun Sen hosted a March 12-14 meeting in Phnom Penh of government ministers,

donor representatives and civil servants to highlight the progress his government

has made in alleviating poverty. Meanwhile opposition leader Sam Rainsy castigated

the Cambodian government during meetings in Washington, claiming that millions of

dollars in donor funds had been misused over the past decade.
