The Phnom Penh Municipal court charged 13 Vietnamese nationals with trafficking offenses

after a March 29 raid on the Svay Pak brothel district. The raid rescued 37 girls

and women. Ten of the girls were less than ten years old. Six of the women fled the

NGO that was caring for them on April 6.
