A 24-hour service in Khmer, English and French for foreigners who are the victims

of crime began on Jan. 7.

There are two offices in Phnom Penh, one at the Ministry of Security and another

at the city's central police station.

The ministry can be contacted on 26494, 22093, 25093 or 018 811 538. Call the cops

on 22467 or 018 811 542.
