Authorities throughout the country on August 19 sent one person to court and issued fines to more than 900 others for violating Covid-19 measures including the night-time curfew.
According to a report from the Inter-ministerial Committee to Combat Covid-19, authorities briefly help 947 people for reprimand and stopped 197 cars and 253 motorbikes for the breach, issuing fines totalling 42,600,000 ($10,650).
