Another five members of the Preah Ang Duong Hospital management team will be in South Korea for a seven-day training aimed at improving management skills in day-to-day hospital operations and the establishment of master plans .

They join the training – set for September 21-27 under the “Project for Capacity Building of the Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Centre in Preah Ang Doung Hospital” – at the invitation of the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) and Soonchunhyang University Hospital.

To facilitate the training, KOICA Cambodia held a pre-departure orientation for them on September 19, aiming to ease their entry into Korean culture and enable them to make the most of their time there.

Kim Kwang Wook, deputy country director of KOICA Cambodia, congratulated the management team, hoping that they would avail themselves of this opportunity to learn about South Korea’s development and share their experiences upon their return to the Kingdom.

Earlier this year, KOICA invited seven doctors and seven nurses to two separate two-week training programmes in South Korea.
