Prison drugs delivery ends in another arrest

A 24-year-old woman will join her husband behind bars after she was caught smuggling crystal meth and 22,000 riel ($5.50) to him at Prey Sar prison on Friday.

Pos Thon, police chief of Prey Veng commune in the capital’s Meanchey district said Sras Davy had been sent to court yesterday to be charged.

Davy regularly took food to her husband and was caught with the illicit small package by guards upon attempting to enter the prison Friday afternoon.
