Admiral Timothy Keating, Commander of the US Pacific Command, praised Cambodia's

efforts to "bring terrorists to justice," in reference to the attempting

bombing of the Cambodian-Vietnamese Friendship Monument. At a brief press conference

after meeting with Minister of Defense Tea Banh, Keating also said the US wants to

help Cambodia increase homeland security.
