Three officials have been named deputy directors of the Anticorruption Unit, according to a Royal decree signed by King Norodom Sihamoni on May 7 and released to the public Wednesday. The decree identifies the officials as San Borat, Chhay Savuth and Nuon Bophal. It also approves Prime Minister Hun Sen’s controversial appointment of Om Yentieng, a senior adviser to the prime minister and chairman of the government’s Human Rights Committee, as the head of the unit.
