Three soldiers die in road crash

THREE soldiers died and another 17 were injured in traffic accident in Preah Vihear province on Friday. Provincial police chief Mao Pov  said yesterday 22 soldiers had been travelling to training at high speed in a military vehicle. The vehicle’s brakes had failed in Tbeng Meanchey district, causing it to crash, after a forestry official had tried to stop it to search for illegal wood, he said.
