Minister of Foreign Affairs Hor Namhong left Cambodia on Saturday to attend the ASEAN-EU Ministerial Meeting in Madrid, officials said. Foreign Ministry spokesman Koy Kuong said Sunday that the meeting, to be held on May 26 and May 27, will address “important” regional and international issues and promote cooperation between the two economic blocs. Hor Namhong will return to Cambodia on May 29 before leaving for Singapore to attend the ASEAN-Gulf Cooperation Council Ministerial Meeting on May 31 and June 1, he added.
