TWO men were injured in a traffic accident yesterday in Phnom Penh’s Chamkarmon district, police said. “Khom Ry, 41, and Voeun Vai, 28, of Kandal province each broke their right legs,” Kol Sophat, Boeung Keng Kang 1 commune police chief, said yesterday. He added that the crash, between a car and a motorbike, was allegedly caused by an unidentified Singapore Embassy official.
