A TWO-WEEK dispute between garment workers and the management of a factory owned by PCCS Garments Ltd in Sen Sok district came to an end yesterday after the company agreed to reappoint a dismissed union representative, said Y Samphy, an official at the Ministry of Labour’s Arbitration Council. “It was a success that the two parties could reach an agreement,” he said.
