Who is the painter?

I found a letter that was written to the editor (PPPost, February 13, 2004) about

a painting with a certificate of authenticity from a company called Collector's Corner

Inc.

I too have recently acquired a painting with the same label on the back. The painting

is done in oil and is of a vase of flowers. The color pallet is of brown to peach

tones and the artist's signature reads Robert Cot.

On the back of the canvas the label reads: "Collectors Corner, INC Certificate

of Authenticity. Certificate Of Registration A 28538. Collectors Corner will assist

in the settlement of claims due to loss through fire or theft. Your insurance company

should contact C.C.I. directly for value determination."

Also on the back of the canvas, written in pencil along the edge, it reads: Warren

- 6 ship - Stambaugh / Nenne T

I am unable to locate any information on the artist or any information on Collector's

Corner Inc. I would appreciate any information you might be able to provide on either.
