Eight construction workers moonlighting as “gangsters” launched into a drunken brawl in Banteay Meanchey’s Poipet town, leaving one man badly injured.

According to police, the men were having some after-work drinks and dinner when an argument broke out.

As is routinely the case, the argument led to an all-out free-for-all, with the workers attacking each other with stones. As police arrived, everyone still able to run did so, eluding arrest.

The injured man was sent to hospital. KOH SANTEPHEAP
