Air-con con men coolly caught by capital cops

A foreigner in Phnom Penh was relieved to recuperate his iPhone after it was snatched from his grasp by local thieves.

The victim was talking on the phone while riding a motodop when two aspiring thieves – an air conditioner repairman and his unemployed accomplice – committed the old drive-by grab-and-go in Meanchey district.

Luckily, nearby police witnessed the entire thing and were able to apprehend the culprits and return the phone to its owner.
