Mayhem was the order of the day for cops busting an illegal Siem Reap lottery teaming with participants on Wednesday.

The house was packed when police launched their raid, sending punters scrambling and double digits leaping from a first floor window to escape.

The unlucky were disproportionately female, with 12 women and just one man pinched. The baker’s dozen were sent to the precinct for questioning .
