Green envy had a man seeing red in Banteay Meanchey’s Poipet town on Thursday.

Police said a 17-year-old there had taken the man’s girlfriend on a motorbike ride when the jealous beau – several years the teen’s senior – spotted and stopped them.

After a bout of shouting and swearing, the man called over a friend, and together the two allegedly knocked the teen to the ground before fleeing.

The teen’s family filed a complaint, and military police caught up to the suspects on Sunday.
