Bad shots mean good luck for capital man

A man riding his motorbike down a quiet street in the capital’s Meanchey district was caught off guard when three suspects pulled up on a moto next to him and threatened him with a handgun, telling him to stop.

When the man, 30, didn’t comply, the suspects shot at him, but missed. The man dumped his bike and made a run for it, allowing the trio to steal his ride and speed off.

The victim said he could not describe the suspects due to their helmets. Police are on the lookout.
