Bag-snatching bullies bagged by traffic cops

A bunch of alleged bag-snatchers got their comeuppance on Tuesday after their cowardly act was thwarted by traffic cops.

After tailing a female pedestrian in Phnom Penh’s Dangkor district, the group, atop motorbikes, allegedly snatched the victim’s handbag, knocking her over.

Luckily, her cries for help reached the ears of nearby traffic police, who arrested the men. The group will face court soon.
