A 33-year-old man couldn’t outrun a gun on Wednesday. The man got into an argument with two barflies in Banteay Meanchey’s Poipet town, but when he decided to take the high road home, the angry quibblers pursued on a moto.

The gun-toting suspects caught up with the man and shot him in the shoulder. He was left unconscious in the middle of the street, and when he awoke in the hospital, he described the suspects’ faces for police. DEUM AMPIL
