Police had a stroke of luck while looking for an alleged phone thief in Sihanoukville’s Koh Rong district on Tuesday afternoon.

After the theft victim filed a complaint about a missing Samsung Galaxy and an iPhone 5S, police went on patrol and saw the suspect walking out of another villager’s toilet, with the phones still on him.

Police arrested the suspect, confiscated the phones and restored them to their rightful owner.
