Battambang boozer’s bumpy ride to hospital

A 27-year-old man’s drunken moto ride ended in a trip to Battambang Provincial Hospital on Monday, when a bend in the road proved too much for his impaired steering abilities.

Police reported that the man, who was said to have consumed a large quantity of alcohol, was travelling at high speed when the incident occurred in O’Dambang I commune.

The unfortunate man’s journey came to a sudden halt when his head collided with the gate of a villager’s house.
