Police snagged a gang of drug dealers in Svay Rieng’s Bavet district on Tuesday.

The fivesome’s illicit activities had been known to the authorities for some time, and they were known to be enthusiastic drug consumers as well as distributors.

Police pounced on the gang’s house, arresting all five, and confiscating three phones, six packets of drugs, and assorted paraphernalia. All five are now in custody awaiting trial.
