A 39-year-old sustained serious injuries in Phnom Penh’s Prampi Makara district on Sunday after a man brazenly attacked him for parking his moto too close to the hot-headed homeowner’s pad.
The alleged perpetrator flew into a rage over the victim’s choice parking spot and began to beat him until bystanders intervened. The suspect escaped, while the victim was sent to hospital. KAMPUCHEA THMEY
