Two footie fans on their way home from a match in the capital on Tuesday had their motorbike jacked by a pair of Meanchey district hooligans.
Police said the two women were followed until they stopped at a stoplight, where they were viciously attacked and relieved of their scooter to the horror of onlookers, who told police they were too afraid to intervene.
Both victims were sent to hospital by arriving police. KOH SANTEPHEAP
