Bullies harass victim on way to hospital

Sticks and stones definitely broke bones on Saturday when the words of two brothers weren’t enough to hurt a man from the capital’s Meanchey district.

The brothers, 25 and 32, picked a fight with a 22-year-old villager at a party. When the victim tried to leave, the brothers threw stones and sticks at his head.

The irked brothers hadn’t had enough – they continued harassing the man on his way to hospital, following him on a moto until police intervened. Kampuchea Thmey
