A motorist sped headlong into a small tractor on Monday in Takeo province’s Tram Kak district. The driver carelessly careened directly into the farming vehicle in the middle of an intersection, causing the 49-year-old to break his leg and suffer a head injury.

He is currently in hospital while the tractor was confiscated and its driver were taken to police headquarters for questioning. CEN
