Chaos-causing canine in Kampong Speu is still on loose

Why did the dog cross the road? Police in Kampong Speu province were probably asking that question after a canine caused a crash between two motorists in Thpong district on Saturday.

Cops say an 18-year-old swerved to avoid the mutt that marched into the road and ran into another scooter going the opposite way.

Both injured riders were sent to hospital, and their bikes were taken to the police station. But the dog decided to hit the road before providing a statement.
