A Chinese motorist’s life took a turn for the worse when he recklessly barrelled through a four-way intersection, ploughing into a motorbike and injuring its four passengers.

The suspect was at a crossroads in Phnom Penh’s Chamkarmon district when he hit the overloaded motorbike at around midnight.

The careless driver was taken into custody, his Nissan impounded and the four victims forwarded to the hospital for further treatment.
