Cool kid given the cuffs for dealing in Daun Penh

One capital teenager attempted to keep his cool image despite engaging in some decidedly un-cool business as officers arrested him for drug dealing in Daun Penh district yesterday.

The 18-year-old was allegedly practising his James Dean look outside while selling the stuff, catching the eye of patrolling cops.

They found 38 packages of the stuff in his pockets and brought him in for interrogation before setting him up with a date in court.
