Five Pursat town men gambled and lost when police arrested them on Tuesday for participating in an illegal lottery after neighbours complained about their incessant playing.

According to police, the men admitted that they had been holding the lottery for some time, but despite their best efforts to keep the game under wraps, the neighbours’ tip brought the cops right to their door. Koh Santepheap
