Police in Phnom Penh’s Por Sen Chey district caught up with two student swindlers who tried to steal a necklace right off the neck of a moto-riding woman on Saturday.

The suspects, 18 and 19-years-old, saw the victim driving in a quiet place. The robbers snatched the woman’s jewellery in a drive-by, tossing her from the motorbike.
