A Phnom Penh thief may have cased the joint a few too many times. The 35-year-old broke into a home in the capital’s Meanchey district last November and stole the owner’s motorbike and car.

When the owner came home to the theft, he called police and told them about a stranger that had been lurking around the area for some time.

The suspect was apprehended when he reappeared in Meanchey district on Monday. DEUM AMPIL
