Unknown Kep province culprits got quite technical in their attempt to rob an ATM but only managed to burn it down early yesterday.

Villagers say they heard a noise like a bomb exploding before police were called to the scene to see the ABA kiosk completely charred – money and all.

Finding gas and oxygen tubes nearby, authorities suspect the heist was botched and the tinkering thieves fled.
