Crowd-sourced justice for bag-snatching duo

Spoiler alert: more mob violence. Two men were arrested and sent to court on Wednesday after an attempted bag snatching in Daun Penh district.

Police said a 55-year-old woman was walking home from the market when two younger men flew by on a motorbike, grabbed her bag and pushed her to the ground.

But the crowd managed to topple their getaway bike, and after being punched, slapped and kicked in the head, they were arrested. KAMPUCHEA THMEY
