Dealer arrested after selling outside home

A Phnom Penh dealer may as well have had a sign saying “buy drugs here” as she was caught conducting business in front of her Chbar Ampov II commune home by cops yesterday.

Police say the 36-year-old was being anything but secretive about her endeavour when they spotted her near the road and, after a search, found two bags of product.

The pusher was arrested and charges were filed.
