Dealer begins prepping for annual Prey Sar 5k

A 56-year-old woman in Phnom Penh’s Daun Penh district learned the hard way that she had fallen out of shape on Sunday.

According to police, the woman regularly sold drugs to youths, and when police moved in to make the arrest, she – like her young clients – darted off.

The young men made good their escape, but the woman found herself winded after a short distance, and was easily arrested with 12 packets of drugs and sent to court. Koh Santepheap
