A Turkish national who hired men to fix his washing machine, refrigerator and generator was understandably dismayed last week to find his washing machine, refrigerator and generator missing the next day.

Police said the Sihanoukville drink shop owner promptly filed a complaint, leading to five arrests, among them the so-called repairmen, as well as, surprise, his security guards. All five are now being sent to court. NOKORWAT
